Perry L. Day

Funeral for Perry L. Day of 666 Casanova St. SE will be held Thursday at 1 p.m. at Ward's Glenwood Chapel. Dr. Prue Kelley will officiate. Burial will be in College Park Cemetery.

Mr. Day, a native of Thomaston, died Tuesday. He was retired from Benton Rapid Express Co., and was a member of Grant Park Baptist Church.

Surviving are his widow, the former Elizabeth Starling; sons, Kenneth A. Day, Tacoma, Wash., and Ray L. Day and Mike Day, both of Atlanta; daughters, Mrs. William Paul Goodroe, Clearwater, Fla., and Mrs William Ralph Newton, Minot, N.D.; brothers, William R. Day and R. T. Day, both of Thomaston, W. C. Day, Macon; and J. L. Day and L. M. Day, both of Atlanta; one sister, Mrs J. D. Lynch, Charleston, S.C., and 13 grandchildren.
